Jon Bell is the Vice President of Reed Integration, Inc. With over nine years of industry experience, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, an MBA from The College of William and Mary, and both the Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) and Project Management Professional (PMP)® designations, Mr. Bell’s extensive engineering and management abilities help to solve our clients’ most difficult challenges.

Before joining Reed Integration, Inc., Mr. Bell was an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he provided Project Management, Cost Estimating, and Applied Economic Analysis support to various Navy and DoD clients. His work included life-cycle cost estimation, business case analysis, and feasibility studies. Prior to working for Booz Allen Hamilton, Mr. Bell was a Mechanical Engineer for Northrop Grumman, where he served as an Integrated Product Team Lead Engineer, responsible for the design, development, and manufacture of seawater cooling systems in the propulsion plant for the Ford Class aircraft carrier.

Mr. Bell received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2004, and his Master of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary’s Mason School of Business in 2008. Additionally, Mr. Bell received his Project Management Professional (PMP)® Certification in 2009 and his Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) Certification in 2010.
