Alex has also provided independent cost analysis support to high profile NASA programs and has developed customized cost, schedule, and risk simulation tools for various independent assessment contract efforts. Prior to joining Reed Integration, Alex was an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton and supported an array of cost and economic analysis projects for various Department of Defense clients, including the Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC), Commander Navy Reserve Forces (CNRF), US Navy Cyber Forces (CYBERFOR), and US Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). These efforts included various Business Case Analyses (BCAs), Return on Investment (ROI) studies, cost estimates/analysis, independent verification and validation of cost, optimization models, forecasting models, readiness analysis, risk analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), database development, and project management. Before Alex’s consulting career, he owned and operated a franchised tax preparation business. Alex is a PMP certified project manager. He earned his MBA from Wake Forest University and holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Radford University with concentrations in Finance and Economics.
