John Greene Operations Manager, Reed Learning Institute John Greene is the Operations Manager for the Reed Learning Institute. Mr. Greene manages multiple federal training contracts, course development, course logistics, course delivery, and business development for the Reed Learning Institute. He was responsible for public and media relations, supporting corporate marketing efforts, and providing process management and logistics for multiple contracts. Mr. Greene has worked in Federal Government public affairs and internal communications. During his federal employment, he supported numerous public relations, media communications, internal communications, and production efforts. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Christopher Newport University, where he served on the executive board for the Sigma Kappa Chapter of Lambda Pi Eta, the National Communication Association Honor Society.
