Reed’ paid time-off (PTO) program allows employees to earn and use PTO for vacation, personal, sick-leave, family illness, family obligations, and religious holidays. If you decide not to take all of your PTO in a calendar year up to two weeks will carry over from year-to-year. Holidays/Floating Holiday: We recognize that holidays are times to be spent having a good time with your family and friends. Reed provides ten company-paid holidays each year: New Years’ Day President’s Day Martin Luther King Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If company needs require the employee to work on any of the above holidays Reed has a Floating Holiday program in which we allow the employee to take that time off on any day of their choosing. We also take time to celebrate during our holiday office parties! Community Involvement Volunteer Work – Community service is a fixture of Reed’s culture. We believe that giving back to the community is a key factor on not only helping benefit local communities but also bringing fun and fulfillment into our employees lives. We offer one paid day off each year for the employee to volunteer at the organization or cause of their choosing.
